This document explains how Real Blue s.r.o. processes personal data when operating the website and providing related services. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and related ePrivacy rules for cookies.

2. What data we process

- Admin sign-in data (admin e-mail, encrypted password verification, session token).
- Contact data provided via direct phone or e-mail communication.
- Cookie preference data stored in your browser (consent settings).
Public contact forms store submitted inquiry data (name, e-mail, optional phone and message) for handling your request.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Website operation and security: legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
- Admin authentication and account management: contract / legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
- Handling direct inquiries by e-mail/phone: pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b), or legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
- Optional cookies (analytics/marketing): consent under Article 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy rules (opt-in).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The website distinguishes the following categories:
- Necessary: required for core functionality and security (always active).
- Analytics and marketing: currently not actively used.
Consent can be changed at any time via the footer link “Cookie settings”.
5. Recipients and transfers
- Hosting and infrastructure providers required for website operation.
- Storage/database providers used to run listings and admin functions.
- Map providers (Mapbox / Google Maps) for property and location display.

Data is retained only for the period necessary for the stated purpose and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
